Answer Customer's questions and address issues directly impacted by Sunshine Flyer service and operations and in need of an immediate response. Provide full range of support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Reports to Customer Service Manager.

• Respond to questions regarding bus location, missed bus, and delayed flights coming into the Sunshine Flyer email and call center
• Give detailed, personalized, friendly, and polite service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Listen to customer needs or issues and provide helpful solutions
• Identifies and escalates priority issues to management
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
• Alert Dispatchers of calls regarding Lost and Found items
• Work with Zoning Dispatchers to have customers calls resolved quickly
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintains a professional appearance
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work long hours while maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to use excel and TMS' database
• Ability to answer phones
• Ability to answer emails in outlook
• Previous experience in call center/ customer service/ booking systems preferred

Working Conditions:
• Ability to work 8-12 hours shifts while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Open to working nights and weekends
• Must be able to work on site in Orlando, FL for operations and provide your own transportation
• Includes frequent answering of phones and data entry in Sunshine Flyer office
